Background:

NeuroBloom Development, founded by Michela Vernon in Mooresville, NC, offers strengths-based coaching and consulting services for neurodivergent individuals and businesses. With 27 years of experience in corporate HR and a deep personal connection to Autism and ADHD through her daughter, Michela brings together professional expertise and lived experience. She created NeuroBloom to fill a critical gap in support for teens and adults with ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD, and for businesses seeking more inclusive and effective talent solutions.

Although she had signed up for HoneyBook nearly a year before reaching out, Michela had not yet implemented a fully functional system. With her official website launch on the horizon, she was ready to invest in a branded and streamlined HoneyBook setup that aligned with the professionalism and care of her coaching and consulting services.

  • Developed six questionnaires tailored to different client types and stages in her process.

  • Applied her brand fonts, color palette, and graphics throughout the system for cohesion and clarity.

  • Added project expiration dates, dynamic smart fields, and contact-specific content.

Automations and Workflows

  • Designed three full automation journeys: one for coaching clients, one for workshop clients, and one for business services.

  • Each automation included branded emails, scheduling integrations, and branching logic based on client decisions.

  • Configured her lead form to connect directly to her CRM and trigger the appropriate path.

  • Created a scheduler setup with Google Meet integration and multiple session types.

Strategic Support

  • Held a kickoff call to review her client journey and identify system gaps.

  • Provided a screen-recorded walkthrough for training and team reference.

  • Included templates for future emails and intake processes.

  • Ensured each touchpoint felt supportive, polished, and intentional.

Results:

NeuroBloom Development now runs on a fully customized HoneyBook system that mirrors Michela's values, voice, and services.
